📌 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• 6+ years in Agile delivery, with at least 3 years in banking
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Track sprint progress & delivery KPIs
• Remove impediments
• Coordinate across business, tech, QA, and integration teams
• Manage delivery for SME /Corporate Lending Journey
• Lending processes (SME/Corporate)
• Workflow based systems
• Case Management Systems-
• Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
• Jira & Confluence expertise
• Multi-vendor coordination
• Strong stakeholder management
• Communication
• Leadership
• Problem solving
• Reporting & governance
