• 3–5 years UAE experience
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, estimation, budgeting & cost control
• Experience with UAE market rates
2) Safety Officer (HSE)
• NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
• 3–5 years UAE construction experience
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality & UAE HSE regulations
3) Civil Engineer – Project Engineer (High-Rise Projects)
• Minimum 7 years UAE experience
• High-rise buildings (G+12 and above)
• Valid UAE driving license
• Arabic speaking preferred
4) Civil Engineer – Project Engineer (Villa Projects)
• Minimum 7 years UAE experience
• Strong villa construction background
• Valid UAE driving license
• Arabic speaking preferred
5) Technical Office Manager
• Minimum 5 years UAE contracting experience
• Strong background in pricing, BOQs & quantity take-offs
• Proficient in AutoCAD & Excel
6) Storekeeper – Construction Company
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction companies
• Inventory, assets & site material management
• Valid driving license preferred
7) Fresher Civil Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Site coordination & technical support role
8) Project Manager – High-Rise Buildings
• Minimum 10+ years experience in UAE
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects (12+ floors)
• Strong leadership, planning & project management skills
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules & site teams
• Arabic speaking preferred
