Hiring – Recruitment Specialist

Location: Sharjah – UAE

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and familiar with UAE recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE
