Job Position – IT Support

Key Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain company servers, laptops, and desktops
– Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues
– Provide technical support to employees across all departments

– Manage and monitor IT infrastructure and hardware
– Handle other IT-related tasks as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
–  Proven experience in IT support, systems, or network administration
– Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and networking
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and under pressure
