🔸 Position: Customer Service Coordinator (Call Center – Inbound & Outbound)

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service coordinator to handle inbound and outbound calls for our commercial laundry operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing customer inquiries, taking orders, providing service updates, and following up with clients, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in call center or customer service, preferably from hotel, laundry, logistics, or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written); additional languages are an advantage
• Good computer and email handling skills (MS Office, Excel, ERP knowledge preferred)
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts [mandatory] on permanent basis.

Preference for immediate joiners on visit or cancelled visas.
