This role is focused on non-IT hiring and requires strong sourcing skills and a people-first approach.
๐น Key Responsibilities
โ๏ธ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-IT roles
โ๏ธ Coordinate and schedule interviews
โ๏ธ Maintain candidate pipelines and databases
โ๏ธ Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
๐น Requirements
๐ Mandatory: Experience in a recruitment company/consultancy
๐ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
๐ Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
๐ Currently based in Dubai
๐ Spouse visa holders will be given preference
