🔹 *Position:* Business Development Manager – ELV Systems (Riyadh, KSA)
📌 *About the Role*
We are looking for an experienced *Business Development Manager* to expand our presence in *CCTV, Access Control, PAVA, and other ELV/security solutions*. The candidate should combine strong sales ability with technical knowledge.
✅ *Key Responsibilities*
– Identify and *develop new business opportunities* with system integrators, consultants, and contractors.
– Build and maintain *long-term customer relationships*.
– Prospect and *generate qualified leads*, conduct regular client visits, and present solutions.
– Maintain and expand the company’s *market share in ELV solutions*.
– Collaborate with technical teams to prepare BOQs, proposals, and solution designs.
– Develop and maintain a *healthy sales pipeline* and track opportunities.
– Report regularly on *sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback*.
✅ *Requirements*
– *3–5 years of experience* in ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PAVA, etc.).
– Proven track record in *business development and sales*.
– Strong technical background to understand and sell solutions.
– Excellent *communication, negotiation, and presentation skills*.
– *Arabic language is a must*; English proficiency required.
– Valid *KSA driving license* preferred.
