🚨 We’re Hiring: Recruiter (Female Candidates Only)
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💰 Salary: Up to AED 4,000/month
🕑 Experience: 2–3 years in recruitment (UAE or home country)
🏭 Banking industry preferred

– Preferred: North Indian candidates preferred with strong spoken English/Hindi and professional communication skills

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
– Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
– Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
– Manage and maintain accurate candidate databases
– Leverage job portals, social media, and networks for talent sourcing
– Ensure a smooth and professional end-to-end recruitment process

✅ Candidate Requirements:
– 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience (UAE or home country)
– Prior experience in banking or financial services recruitment is a plus
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong multitasking abilities and deadline management
