✅ Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to drive on-time renewals and retention.
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
✅ Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling value-added services.
✅ Gather client feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless license renewal process.
🎯 Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
💼 Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
🗣 Languages: Proficiency in English & Arabic (spoken and written).
📊 Skills: Strong negotiation, customer service, and communication skills.
💻 Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
