Position Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s operations within the pharmacy sector across the UAE. This role requires strong industry knowledge, established relationships with pharmacies and doctors, and the ability to drive efficiency and growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations within the pharmacy sector.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product distribution and availability.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in or with pharmacies in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmacy network and medical professionals in the region.
• English proficiency (B2–C1 level), both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
